Chanderpur Group was initiated in 1962 with the first company, Chanderpur Works Pvt. Ltd, started by Shri Sumesh Chandra. Since that time, the Group has continued to grow its product range and footprint. Within the current global market, CPG boasts an extensive array of clients across almost every continent of the world, which indicates its dedication to excellence and innovation.

Milestones
1962
Chanderpur Group was established, and its first company, Chanderpur Works Pvt. Ltd commenced with supplying sugar machinery to the sugar industry.
1970
Ventured into the production of machinery in the paper industry.
1971
Our first pulping equipment was supplied, and our presence in paper processing was initiated.
1973
Spurred the first spherical digester and started our long history with continuous digesters.
1980
Entered the cement machinery industry by supplying the first VSK cement plant.
1984
CPG delivers reliable cement project execution for cement plants using advance cement machinery.
1990
Started serving the fertilizer industry and mineral processing industry..
2000
Transported the first Rotary Kiln Cement Plant.
2004
Managed to bring about the first Gasification Project following a long research and development.
2010
Established a joint venture with Christian Pfeiffer, Germany, and formed Christian Pfeiffer India Pvt. Ltd.
2011
Integrated Chanderpur Industries Pvt. Ltd., which has state-of-the-art production facilities.
2013
Contracted to install a grid-connected biomass power station through Chanderpur Renewal Power Company Pvt. Ltd.
2014
European expansion through 'Intravis S.R.O., Slovakia' and certification of ASME U Stamp.
2017
Authorized by S.I.G (Italy) to supply Steel Belts for Bucket Elevators in India.
2019
Collaborated with CemProTec GmbH, Germany, on supplies of Clinker Coolers.
2023
Partnership with QualiCal International in the development of sophisticated PFR kilns and Quick Lime Hydration Plants.

2010: Joint Venture with Christian Pfeiffer, Germany
In 2010, we partnered with Christian Pfeiffer, Germany, establishing a joint venture company, Christian Pfeiffer India Pvt. Ltd. (CPI). CPI offers complete grinding solutions, catering to the needs of Ball Mills, Separators, and Diaphragms for the cement and mineral industries. The latest generation of Dynamic Classifiers and Flow Control Diaphragms, developed with advanced computer-simulated designs, ensures optimized performance for ball mills, making CPI a key player in the sector.
2014: Intravis S.R.O., Slovakia
In 2014, we partnered with Intravis S.R.O., Slovakia. The company provides engineering, installation, commissioning, and after-sales services for projects executed by the Chanderpur Group.
To support its products in the European region, the company has engineers and technicians based in Slovakia. It also maintains an inventory of spares to help reduce customer inventory costs for frequently used items, while also easing the process of spare parts availability without dependence on supplies from India.
2017: Authorized Dealer for SIG (Italy) – Steel Belts for Bucket Elevators
In 2017, Societa Italiana Gomma (SIG), Italy, appointed Chanderpur Group as its official dealer for European Steel Cord Belts used in Bucket Elevators and Pipe Conveyors in India and the Indian Subcontinent. This partnership allows us to offer high-quality, durable steel belts, ensuring superior performance and longevity in material handling systems. While the primary focus is on belt bucket elevators and pipe conveyors, our collaboration also extends to other key products that enhance industrial operations. This collaboration will leverage both companies' expertise to set new benchmarks in belt manufacturing and material handling solutions.
2019: Partnership with CemProTec GMBH, Germany – Clinker Coolers
In 2019, we established a partnership with CemProTec GMBH, Germany, a global pioneer in clinker cooling technology. CemProTec is the only international supplier of walking floor coolers without any dead layers, offering superior clinker cooling solutions. Within just 24 years, CemProTec has revolutionized clinker cooling with 85+ successful installations worldwide. Their coolers boast industry-leading performance metrics, including: This partnership enables Chanderpur Group to provide state-of-the-art clinker coolers, optimizing energy efficiency and operational excellence in cement plants.
2023: Strategic Collaboration with QualiCal International – PFR Kilns & Quick Lime Hydration Plants
In 2023, we further expanded our capabilities by entering into a strategic collaboration with QualiCal International, a leading global player in lime processing technology. This partnership enables us to supply:

Social Responsibility
Charitable Hospital
Chanderpur Group is committed to its social responsibility and has been contributing to community healthcare since 1974. The promoters run Shri Suresh Chandra Memorial Charitable Eye & General Hospital, a charitable hospital in Yamunanagar, Haryana.
The hospital has 50 beds and provides all essential eye care services and operations. It is fitted to perform eye surgeries such as cataract operations and eye transplant procedures.
The hospital focuses on providing affordable treatment and accessible healthcare to the community.
Charitable Library
Chanderpur Group also runs a charitable institute for students from underprivileged backgrounds, supporting them in both school and higher studies. The aim is simple - to make education more accessible by providing books and reading material across a range of subjects.
Additionally, the Group actively supports environmental initiatives. It regularly contributes to tree plantation drives in Yamunanagar and takes special care for “Greenery” within its campus, that leads to reflect its commitment to a cleaner and healthier environment.
Renewable Energy Segment
Chanderpur Group has stepped into the renewable energy space to push for sustainable development and tackle climate change. We are taking on village electrification projects, rolling out Biomass Gasification Technology on a turnkey basis. With these efforts, the company is backing clean energy and making rural electrification more practical and easier to scale.
Solar System Greens Initiative
Our emphasis on sustainable energy at Chanderpur Group is through the installation of 1500 kW Solar Panels in our three manufacturing plants. This is one of the steps we are undergoing in our quest to incorporate renewable energy in our day-to-day processes. The solar systems will produce approximately 1,02,000 units of clean electricity each month and contribute to our energy demands more efficiently and responsibly.
To give this a context, solar power produces the same amount of electricity as approximately 700 homes can produce monthly. The change would help us to mitigate our carbon footprint as well as to support clean energy, energy efficiency, and environmentally friendly manufacturers. With such an initiative, we are still moving steadily towards being sustainable in operations and are much more concerned with the environment with regard to industrial growth.
